The project
Unfurnished rooms photograph faster but read colder. If styling is needed I can bring a stylist, quoted separately.
What you need
If you are not sure, tell me the spaces that matter and I will suggest a number. This is what decides how many days the project takes.
On set we make about ten to twelve images a day, because every frame gets discussed. From an agreed shot list my assistant and I make eighteen to twenty. Neither is better — they just cost differently.
Tick anything that applies. Aerial and twilight usually add time rather than a separate fee.
Where the images will be used
The first four are included in the fee, permanently. The last three are licensed separately and priced per image — tick them and I will quote them.
I prepare submission image sets to each programme specification and provide the signed photographer release, at no charge. It helps to know early.
Who else is on the project

This is the section worth filling in. Most projects have an architect, a builder and an interior designer, and all three usually want the photographs. If we shoot once and share it, three firms each pay about half of what one firm pays alone. I am happy to approach them, or you can.
