Tell me about the listing

A single fee of $3,500 covers the scout, up to ten hours on site, thirty-five retouched images and travel inside 100 miles. These answers let me confirm timing and plan the day.

You
Name anyone who will also be marketing the property, so the licence covers them from the start.
The property
Thirty-five images is the standard set. Very large estates sometimes need more, billed at $75 each.
The shoot
If anyone is living there I will send a short occupant release for them to sign before the shoot.
Twilight and aerial are included in the fee. Seasonal preferences affect scheduling more than price.
Who designed and built it

If you know the design team I would like to reach out to them separately — it has no effect on your fee or your licence, and it is how most of my architecture work begins. Leave it blank if you would rather not.
